Programs & Services

Our programs are designed to meet real needs: a roof overhead, food on the table, and support navigating school, work, and life decisions.

Housing

Transitional Housing

Safe, stable shared homes where young adults can focus on rebuilding instead of just surviving the night. Residents learn to manage rent, utilities, and responsibilities in a guided way.

Education & Work

Education & Career Support

Support with high school completion, GED, college enrollment, trade programs, resumes, interview prep, and job placement connections.

Life Skills

Independent Living Skills

Practical workshops in budgeting, cooking, cleaning, conflict resolution, time management, transportation, and self-advocacy.

Community

Mentoring & Support

Support circles, mentoring, and community events that remind youth they are not alone and that their story is still being written.
